Leading experts
Nirtal's primary figure in the field of special law enforcement units is Major General Amiram Levin , General Levin served as the Deputy Director of the Mossad (Israel's Institute For Intelligence and Special Tasks, 1998 -2000).
During his 33-year tenure in the IDF (1965 - 1998), General Levin filled various senior command positions in Special Ops and in the Tank Corps - culminating in the post of Israel's Northern Front Commander. General Levin is decorated for personal bravery in combat.
In addition to various command posts, his career includes General Staff assignments as well as weapon system development duties, heading strategic weapon development task-forces comprising of military designers & major Israeli defense contractors.

Training staff
Nirtal's field training staff is comprised of Commanding level officers in all facets of the Israeli IDF and Police Special Forces and units. This cadre includes executive protection operatives, snipers, rappel masters, K9 handlers and more.
All of Nirtal's instructors have extensive operational experience and worldwide proven training capabilities.

Operational and training process
Our special method of operation begins with an operational and training need assessment. A process in which we, together with customer, establish and define the operational and training requirements of the customer based on the threat assessment and the situations at hand. Based on the results of this assessment we design and comprehensive custom built program. This program includes our recommendations for each customer.
Training Experience
Nirtal has conducted numerous projects worldwide and interacted with a wide array of customers ranging from individuals, through private companies to government entities in Africa, South America, Asia, Europe and the USA.
The Israeli Ministry of Defense authorizes all of Nirtal's programs.

Israeli Police Counter Terrorist and Hostage Rescue Unit - this unit is in charge of the hostage rescue assignments within the borders of the state of Israel. The basic training of operatives in this unit is considered to be one of the most extensive and rigorous training programs in the world. The operatives and commanding officers in this unit have accumulated extensive operational experience in the field. They are trained in every possible aspect of hostage rescue including building, bus, train, aircraft and open area scenarios and more. This unit is considered to be one of the top operational outfits in the world.
IDF School of counter terrorism - This school is the IDF authority on military and paramilitary counter terrorism. The operatives and instructors in the school are trained in the various field that are related to these missions such as small arms, counter terrorist tactics, executive protection, various hostage rescue assault scenarios and more. The school is in charge of developing training programs for all the IDF special operations groups and also operates as an operational entity in special operations within the borders of Israel and across the lines.
The instructor team in this school is considered to be on the most professional teams of instructor in the world.
Executive protection unit: the unit that in charge of protecting the Israeli government.
Instructor Experience: All instructors have a year and a half of training at the IDF School of counter terrorism. This does not include 4 years of compulsory services. All instructors have at least 7 years experience.
